Peter Thomson

For over 30 years I’ve been helping consultants, coaches, accountants and business professionals achieve more, earn more and live more. My mission is simple: to ensure you’re rightfully rewarded for the value you deliver and the cascading impact you make in our world.

I began my entrepreneurial career in 1972, building and selling three successful companies – one for £4.2 million after only five years. By 42, I’d retired… briefly. A financial setback brought me back to business with a new purpose: sharing proven strategies that enable others to succeed.

Since then, I’ve become one of the UK’s leading strategists in business growth and personal development. I’ve created over 200 information products, and delivered training and mentoring to thousands worldwide. I’m proud to be recognised as Nightingale Conant’s leading UK author and as the country’s most prolific business development author.

Today, much of my work centres on the Paid Up Club – a mentorship community for ambitious professionals who want to charge what they’re worth and attract clients who stay, pay, and refer. Alongside that, I continue to run online courses such as The Persuasion Formula, helping people develop the skills to influence ethically and win more business. And help a small number of corporate and entrepreneurial clients in my Private Practice.

The results speak for themselves. Clients have doubled their income, created seven-figure programmes, and secured five-figure contracts from single insights. One client added ÂŁ100,000 in profit in just 18 months, another increased their fees by 50%, and many have transformed their businesses beyond recognition.

Darryl James

Darryl is a leading digital marketing strategist and author, with 16 years of experience delivering AI-powered growth for businesses across sectors.

A recognised early adopter of AI, he’s worked with clients like Dell and the BBC, helping them streamline operations, boost conversions, and future-proof their marketing. Darryl also runs DMJ Publishing and has helped authors amplify their expertise through digital assets.

This year, his contributions were honoured with finalist nominations in three categories at the Midlands Marketing Awards: Marketing Leader of the Year, Best Marketing Impact, and winning the category of the Best Use of Data.

 

Rachel Groves

I first met Peter back in 1986 — and stepping into a world that felt like opening the door to an education that my school never offered.

Over the years, I’ve learned more about business, marketing, and personal growth than I ever thought possible, not just by watching, but by doing.

I’ve worked alongside Peter and Darryl, run my own business, become an author and helped guide countless others in building theirs. That hands-on experience has taught me what really works, and what to avoid.

These days, I’m often the first port of call for our members. Whether it’s advice on writing and publishing a book, simplifying a marketing plan, or just knowing who to call for a particular problem - I’m here to help make things easier, clearer, and faster.
